By accessing or using PlayMe (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Wagering Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2Definitions
"Platform" or "PlayMe": the PlayMe service and related websites, apps, APIs and community tools.
"User", "you": a person who registers for or uses the Platform.
"Account": a User account on the Platform.
"Credits": PlayMe account balance used to fund wagers.
"Match": a single competitive game or series of games arranged on the Platform.
"Stake": the amount wagered for a Match (minimum stake is €5 unless otherwise stated).
"Service Fee": the Platform fee for settled Matches; the Service Fee is variable and will be disclosed to participants before a Match is created. The Service Fee is collected at settlement unless otherwise stated.
"Draw": a Match outcome declared a tie or otherwise unresolved as described in these Terms.
"KYC": Know‑Your‑Customer identity verification.
"Strike": a disciplinary mark recorded against an Account (see Section 11).
3Eligibility & KYC
Minimum age: Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering and depositing you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age and are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
KYC is required to withdraw funds. PlayMe uses third‑party KYC providers and may require identity documents, proof of residence, or other verifiable information.
Ineligible accounts: If KYC reveals that a User is underage or otherwise ineligible, PlayMe will suspend and permanently ban the Account. Where permitted by law, funds in such ineligible Accounts may be forfeited and will not be returned.
4Accounts & Multiple Accounts
Each person may hold only one Account. Creating, owning, or controlling multiple Accounts, or knowingly permitting multiple Accounts to be used in bad faith (including to avoid penalties, exploit promotions, or commit fraud), is prohibited.
Accounts suspected of being duplicates will be investigated; confirmed duplicate Accounts may be suspended, banned, and Credits forfeited.
5Fair Play — Match Rules & Format Compliance
Match formats and tags (for example: "snipers only", map, allowed loadouts, exploit tags) are authoritative for each Match. Users must strictly comply with the declared format for the entire Match. Example: in a "snipers only" Match, only sniper weapons may be used; violation results in assigned loss for the offending party.
If a participant violates the Match format, that participant may be assigned a loss for the Match and may receive a Strike. The non‑offending party will be declared the winner and paid per settlement rules.
If in doubt about the format, Users must seek clarification before play begins.
6Cheating, External Tools & Exploits
Cheating is strictly prohibited. "Cheating" includes, but is not limited to: aimbots, macros giving automated advantage, injected code, trainers, overlays that alter inputs/outcomes, packet‑manipulation tools, network manipulation, or any tool/software that materially changes gameplay — unless explicitly permitted in the Match tags.
Use of exploits or unintended game bugs is prohibited unless the Match is explicitly tagged to allow exploits. Deliberate exploitation to gain advantage shall result in assigned loss and likely Strike or ban.
7Forged or Manipulated Evidence
Falsifying, fabricating, altering, or forging evidence submitted for verification (including video clips, screenshots, telemetry, match IDs, timestamps, or other records) is strictly prohibited.
Suspected forging will be treated as fraud and may result in immediate suspension, Strike(s), permanent ban and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
8Service Fees, Stakes & Draws
Service Fee: The Platform charges a variable Service Fee which will always be clearly disclosed to, and must be accepted by, all participants before a Match is created. The disclosed Service Fee is collected at settlement unless otherwise stated.
Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per Match is €5 unless a different minimum is displayed and accepted for a specific Match.
Draws: Any Match declared a Draw (see Section 10) will not incur a Service Fee. In a Draw, stakes are returned to players in full unless the dispute outcome or an investigation dictates otherwise.
9Deposits, Withdrawals & Holds
Deposits: Deposits are subject to payment provider terms. PlayMe may decline or require KYC before accepting certain deposit methods.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals require successful KYC and compliance checks. PlayMe may delay, limit, or hold withdrawal requests during an investigation (suspected fraud, AML concerns, dispute, or regulatory inquiry).
Credit Revocation: PlayMe reserves the right to freeze, revoke or deduct Credits, and to suspend Accounts during any investigation where fraud, money‑laundering, match‑fixing, or other illicit activity is suspected.
Underage / Ineligible Accounts: If a User is proven underage or otherwise ineligible, PlayMe will ban the Account and, where permitted by law, any Credits may be forfeited and will not be returned.
Chargebacks: If a deposit is reversed (chargeback), PlayMe may reclaim Credits associated with that deposit, suspend or terminate the Account, and the User will remain liable for any fees or losses.
10Match Verification & Dispute Procedure
Evidence submission: Match disputes must be submitted using PlayMe's official dispute process and include available evidence (replays, video, timestamps, scoreboard screenshots, match IDs, telemetry, or other records) within the timeframe specified by PlayMe.
Review timeline: PlayMe will acknowledge disputes promptly and aims to resolve most disputes within the published timeframe. Complex disputes may take longer, and affected Users will be notified.
Standard of review: PlayMe will evaluate evidence in good faith. If evidence conclusively identifies a winner, PlayMe will settle accordingly. If PlayMe cannot determine an outcome after reasonable verification, the Match will be declared a Draw and Stakes returned (no Service Fee).
Non‑cooperation: Users who refuse to cooperate with verification (fail to provide requested evidence or refuse procedural steps) may receive a Strike or face other penalties depending on severity.
Finality: PlayMe's decision after dispute resolution and appeal is final absent new materially relevant evidence.
Purpose & visibility: Strikes are disciplinary measures intended to protect competitive integrity. Strikes will be recorded on the User's Account and displayed on the User's profile as a warning to other Users; displayed information will be limited to the strike level, date, and a concise reason summary (subject to applicable privacy laws and redaction for sensitive personal information).
Severity levels: Strikes have three severity levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3). Accumulating three (3) strikes of any level will result in permanent ban. PlayMe may impose a permanent ban immediately for particularly severe violations without waiting for three strikes.
Possible consequences: A Strike may result in one or more of the following actions (depending on severity and context): formal warning, assignment of Match loss, notation on profile, forfeiture of Credits for implicated Matches, temporary suspension from certain Platform features or the Platform (temporary suspension may be applied but is not an automatic consequence of every strike), or permanent ban. Temporary suspension is discretionary and applied where appropriate.
Appeals: Users may file an appeal in accordance with PlayMe's appeal procedure within the published timeframe. Appeals must contain new evidence or compelling reason why the original decision was incorrect. Appeals will be reviewed by a different staff member where feasible; the appeal decision is final absent new material evidence.
12Prohibited Conduct (non‑exhaustive)
Users must not:
• Cheat or use unauthorized third‑party tools/software to gain advantage.
• Use exploits or bugs unless Match tags explicitly permit them.
• Forge, alter, or manipulate evidence.
• Create or use multiple Accounts to circumvent penalties or manipulate outcomes.
• Engage in match‑fixing, collusion, or intentionally throw Matches.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or intimidate other Users or staff.
• Circumvent KYC/AML processes.
Violations may result in penalties as described in these Terms.
13Enforcement Rights
PlayMe may suspend or terminate Accounts, freeze or forfeit Credits, reverse settlements, and restrict access where necessary to protect Users, prevent fraud, or comply with legal/regulatory obligations.
PlayMe may share Account information and evidence with payment processors, KYC providers, law enforcement, and regulators where required or appropriate.
14Changes to the Terms
PlayMe may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in‑Platform announcement. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15Contact & Support
Support & dispute submissions: Use the in‑app support channel / official support email / support form. Include Match IDs, timestamps and any evidence when submitting a dispute.
16Governing Law & Legal Compliance
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in PlayMe's general Terms of Service. Users are responsible for ensuring use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. PlayMe will comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
